Marlin Restaurant, Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica - November 2008

We loved The Marlin Restaurant down at Manuel Antonio beach. The coffeewood smoked trout with creamy dill sauce and crostini was so good I had to go back the following day for more. Marlin's is a very laid back beach bar environment across the street from the beach with a kind of Costa-Rica-Meets-Key-West environment. Yummo! But don't confuse it with Marlintini Restauraunt just up the street...Yucko!

Nothing satisfies like an Imperial after trekking through the rain forest.
